The DVD for Direct From Brooklyn contains all the same videos as the VHS release; however, it also contains a live version of "Why Does The Sun Shine?", a trailer for Gigantic, and also three audio tracks. It also features two versions of "Complete Paranoia" as easter eggs. The DVD is Region 0/NTSC.

Trivia[edit]
- The videocassette slides out through the bottom of the box, so you would normally never open the top flaps. If you did, however, you would discover three phrases printed on the hidden, inside facings. They read, "They Might Be Fake", "They Might Be Lies", and "They Might Be Big Big, Fake Fake Lies".
